This before and after photo shows a fire damage that has light soot, but required a pack out and structure clean. As you can see in the after picture it shows a very vacant room that was once filled with contents. Our process is to pack the items and inventory them as we pack them out so we can keep track of the items taken out of your home. We also can look at the inventory box sheets at a later time and see what box a specific item is located if you need something out of storage before you can get into your home. 

This process is usually used on fires that are more severe and if your insurance covers the pack out which can take a lot more time and money.
